本专业倡导厚基础、宽口径,以敬业、创新精神为核心,以人力资源管理技能为立足之本,培养适应现代市场经济发展,具有良好人文素养、职业素养和职业技能,专业知识系统扎实,具有自信、敏锐的洞察力、说服影响力、社会适应能力,具有一专多能的知识结构和一定的计算机应用能力;达到国家规定的四级外语水平,能满足企业事业单位人力资源管理运作需要的中高级专业人才。
Human Resource Management advocates the students has a solid foundation, wide knowledge, professional dedication and innovation spirit. Furthermore, with the base of human resource management skills, this major aims to cultivate the students who have the ability adapt to the modern market economy development, have good humanities quality, professional quality, obtain vocational skills and have a solid professional knowledge. This major devotes to make students become the talents with self-confidence, heightened awareness, persuasiveness, influence, the ability of social adaptation, multiple skills, pass the CET-4 and has the ability to implement modern human resource management in enterprise and public institution.

本专业学生主要学习经济学、管理学、心理学、法学、社会学、人力资源管理等方面的基本理论和基本知识,接受人力资源管理方法及技能方面的训练,具有分析和解决人力资源管理问题的基本能力。学生应获得的知识和能力主要有:
1.爱祖国,拥护中国共产党,具有高尚的道德意识、专业的职业素养和和良好的社会公民意识;
2.通过系统的基础理论课程与专业课程学习,具有良好的专业素养和广泛的学术兴趣;
3.通过专业培养与训练,能够准确地用书面和口头表达自己的思想与观点;
4.通过案例学习与研讨,能够运用逻辑和数理推理方法进行批判性思维的能力;
5.通过跨文化交流及双语教学,具有适应多元化社会与管理环境的能力;
6.通过专业技能的学习与拓展,具有适应社会就业需求的能力。
Students must have basic knowledge of economics, management, psychology, law, sociology, etc., learn the methods and skills of human resource management, and obtain the ability to analyze and solve human resource management problems. Detailed abilities are shown as follows:
1. Undergraduates should be of high civil quality. With a deep love for our motherland, they should steadily accept the basic values of the Chinese nation and learn to behave by the corresponding codes of conduct. Undergraduates should build up noble moral accomplishment. They should develop a correct outlook of life and gracious humanistic literacy by inheriting excellent Chinese culture and absorbing advanced values and scientific concepts abroad to cultivate wholesome personality and sound psychological quality.
2. Undergraduates should have a good professional quality and wide range of academic interest through the system of study.
3. Undergraduates should have basic ability of oral and written expression, communication.
4. Undergraduates should have the ability of critical thinking using the methods of mathematical logic and reasoning through case study and discussion
