一、培养目标

Ⅰ. Educational Objectives

电子商务专业是融计算机科学、管理学、商务贸易、市场营销学和现代物流于一体的新型交叉融合性学科,本专业适应经济全球化和信息化发展的需要,培养具有信息化时代的创新精神和实践能力的创新型、复合型电子商务专门人才。本专业毕业生应能够熟练应用所学的计算机互联网信息技术,在政府,企事业单位,金融机构,国际商业连锁贸易公司,从事电子商务与电子金融网站的运营与管理,电子商务市场开拓、电子商务与现代物流模式的策划与创新,网络营销咨询和策划、政府电子商务的监管,以及全球电子商务与电子金融服务,信息技术创新与知识管理等方面的研究与应用工作,并达到国家规定的英语四级以上水平。

E-commerce is a new inter-discipline integrating computer science, management science, commerce and international trade, marketing, modern logistics. To meet the need of economic globalization and informatization, this specialty cultivates the specialized E-Commerce talents having innovative spirit and practical ability in the information age. The graduates are able to skillfully apply the knowledge of computer network technology and then engage in the research and application of electronic commerce and financial websites operation and management, e-commerce market development, e-commerce and modern logistics mode planning and innovation, network marketing consulting and planning, e-commerce supervision, electronic commerce and financial services and information technology innovation and knowledge management in government, enterprises, institutions, financial institutions and international business chain trading company, who should at least pass the 4 Level of College English Test (CET-4) which is set by the Education Ministry of China.

二、培养要求

Ⅱ. Educationa Requirements

经过电子商务专业四年的培养与学习,本专业的学生应获得的专业基础知识和基本技能主要有:

1. 热爱祖国,热爱中国共产党,掌握马克思主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论,既有远大志向又有奉献精神,具有敬岗爱业、勇于拼搏、遵纪守法、团结合作的良好素质;

2.掌握扎实的经济,管理,商务,金融,国际贸易,国际商法等领域的基础知识与基本理论;具有在信息化时代的企业经营,管理与决策,信息技术创新与知识管理中的创新精神和实践应用能力。

3.掌握计算机网络,高级编程语言,软件开发与信息技术方面的基础知识与实践技能;具备电子商务系统需求分析与规划,运营与管理,网络营销的基本知识与实践应用能力

4.掌握国际商务活动的理论与实务操作的专业知识,初步具备国际商务操作的流程控制与实用技巧应用能力;具有较强的语言与文字表达,人际沟通,商业谈判,国际商务函电等分析解决国际贸易与电子商务问题的综合能力;

5.熟悉我国电子商务有关方针,政策,和法规,以及国际商法与国际电子商务的相关惯例与规则;了解电子商务理论前沿和国内,国际发展动态与发展潮流;

6.熟练掌握1门外语与文献检索,资料查询的基本方法,具有阅读专业外文文献的能力和初步的科学研究能力和熟练的实际应用能力。

Through four years learning of E-Commerce knowledge and specialized training, the students would obtain the following professional knowledge and basic skills:

1. Undergraduates should be of high civil quality. With a deep love for our motherland, they should steadily accept the basic values of the Chinese nation and learn to behave by the corresponding codes of conduct. Undergraduates should build up noble moral accomplishment. They should develop a correct outlook of life and gracious humanistic literacy by inheriting excellent Chinese culture and absorbing advanced values and scientific concepts abroad to cultivate wholesome personality and sound psychological quality.

2. Undergraduates should acquire the solid fundamental knowledge and basic theory of economy, management, business, finance, international trade, international commercial law and other areas as well, have the innovative spirit and practice ability in enterprise management, management and decision-making, information technology innovation and knowledge management In the information age.

3. Undergraduates should master the basic knowledge and practical skills in computer networks, high-level programming languages, software development and information technology etc.. With the basic knowledge and practice ability of E-commerce system needs analysis and planning, operation and management and network marketing. 

4. Undergraduates should master professional knowledge of the theory and the practice operation in international business activities, initially have the process control and practical skills application ability of international business operation. With strong ability of language and words, interpersonal communication, business negotiation, international business correspondence analysis, they can solve international trade and e-commerce comprehensive.

5. Undergraduates should be familiar with China's e-commerce related policy, the policy, the laws and regulations, as well as the rules of international commercial law and international e-business related practices; understand the electronic commerce theoretical frontiers and domestic, international development dynamic and trend.

6. Undergraduates should master one foreign language and the basic method of literature retrieval data inquires; have the ability to read professional literature in foreign languages along with the preliminary scientific research ability and skilled application ability.

三、主干课程

Ⅲ. Primary Courses

本专业主干课程包括管理学、技术创新与知识管理、管理系统工程、管理心理与行为科学、服务科学与工程、战略管理、电子商务导论、网络营销、电子金融服务、企业经营管理模拟、网络经济学、管理信息系统、供应链与物流管理、国际贸易实务、商务谈判、商务函电、国际商法与电子商务法规、网页设计与网站构建、高级程序语言设计基础、数据库原理与应用、Java及JSP动态网页编程与应用等。

In our teaching plan the main courses include Management Science, Technological Innovation & Knowledge Management, Management Systems Engineering, Managerial Psychology & Behavioral Science, Service Science & Engineering, Strategy Management,  E-Commerce Introduction, Cyber-Marketing, E-Finance Service, Enterprise Management Simulation Internet Economics, Management Information System, Supply Chain and logistics management, International Trade Practice, Business Negotiation, Business Correspondence, International Business Law & E-Commerce Legislation, Web Page Design and Web Site Construction, High Level Programming Language , Database Principle and Application, Java & JSP Dynamic Web Programming and Application and so on.
