课程简介：管理学是系统研究管理活动的基本规律和一般方法的科学，它的目的是研究在现有的条件下，如何通过合理的组织和配置人、财、物等因素，提高生产力的水平，是一门综合性的交叉学科。本课程将吸收当前国内外管理学科的最新内容、案例及研究成果，凸显管理的实践性,介绍管理概述、管理思想与管理理论的发展、管理道德和社会责任、决策、计划、组织、人力资源管理、领导、激励、协调与沟通、控制、管理的效能等方面的内容。

Brief Introduction of the Course: The Management is a science on systematic researching on the basic rules and general methods of management activities. Its goal is to study how to improve the level of productivity by organizing and deploying human, finance, material and other factors in the current conditions. It is a comprehensive interdiscipline. This course will absorb the current latest content, case studies and research of management at home and abroad, and highlight the practice of management. It also will introduce some content about management overview, management thoughts and the development of the management theory, management moral and social responsibility, decision making, plan, organize, human resources management, leadership, incentive, coordination and communication, control,  the efficiency of management, etc.
