　　陈劲，博士，清华大学经管学院创新创业与战略系教授。陈劲教授先后获得国务院政府特殊津贴、教育部第八届霍英东教师奖、教育部第三届“高校青年教师奖”。 2002年荣获国家杰出青年基金。陈劲教授主要从事技术创新管理领域的研究与教学工作。

Professor of economic and management school of Qinghua University, director of technological innovation research center , which is one of the key social science research center of ministry of education. He is also the chief editor of International innovation research journal.
　　Professor Chen has a vivid experience in innovation management and policy research.
