Biography:

Dr. Di Lu received the B.S. degree in Management from Northwest University, China in 2010, and Ph.D. degree in Management from Northwest University, China in 2015. She is currently the lecturer at Shaanxi Normal University. Her research interests include income tax for accounting, carbon accounting, and accounting standards.

Dr. Lu’s research work has been published in CSSCI journals and international conferences in these areas. She is a reviewer for the Asian Review of Accounting. She was the principle investigator for the Coordination of Research between CAS and Tax Law (supported by Northwest University “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” “211-Project” graduate creative talents fund. Project Number: YZZ12047), and the core member of the Research of Cross-border M&A Performance about State-owned Enterprises in Shaanxi Province based on COSO Framework(supported by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education fund. Project Number: 12JK0033).
