IBS School Name Stone unveiled-International Business School Shaanxi Normal University Technical

In the afternoon of June 26, 2015, a stone inscribed with the Chinese name of International Business School was unveiled on the lawn northeast of Wenlan building on Shaanxi Normal University's Chang'an campus, as a ceremony was held to witness this historical moment.
　　The 26-ton Qinling Mountains stone, which is five meters long and 2.4 meters tall, is donated by Class 2015 IBS students graduating in July 2015. The height of 2.4 meters symbolizes the date of IBS's establishment in April, 2002.
　　The Chinese characters on the stone were written by Mr. Jiang Jinshi, famous young calligrapher, head of Chinese Painting Department of SNNU's School of Fine Arts, and standing vice dean of SNNU's Institute of Calligraphic Culture.
　　SNNU Student Affairs Department director Liu Jianjun, School of Distance Education CPC Branch secretary Li Weidong, Logistic Service Department vice director Fan Weiyi, IBS dean Zhang Zhihe, vice dean Si Peifeng, CPC Branch secretary Xie Yongguo, vice secretary Yang Jing and some IBS faculty attended the ceremony.
　　At the ceremony, Xie Yongguo thanked the 2015 graduates for their donation and briefed about the facts and figures of the stone erected on June 22.
　　Li Zhe, a representative of Class 2015 graduates, spoke to express their gratitude and wishes for SNNU and IBS, hoping the stone would become a landmark and starting point for IBS students on their way to success.
　　Zhang Zhihe thanked the 2015 graduates again on behalf of the faculty, staff and students of IBS. He said that the stone was a symbol of 2015 graduates' deep affection for IBS, as well as IBS's persistent pursuit and ideals in education of more than a decade.
　　"The stone will witness IBS's steady progress and inspire IBS students to achieve their dreams to become 'Political leaders, business elites and academic masters'." He remarked.
　　In the end, Zhang Zhihe, Xie Yongguo, Li Zhe and another 2015 graduating students' representative Lin Shangming unveiled the stone and they took a group photo with the teachers and students attending the ceremony.
