On September 16, 2015, the first lecture of the series of academic lectures given by scholars of International Business School who had returned after completing their study or research overseas was held.
　　Dr. Cheng Baoliang spoke on Improving the Mode of Early Education Welfare based on Supply-demand Mechanism at the Lecture Hall of Wenlan Building to some of the IBS teachers and graduate students.
　　Cheng is one of the young and middle-aged IBS faculty who visited USA, Canada and some other countries as visiting scholars in recent years.
　　This series of lectures aim to introduce advanced international concepts and experiences to IBS faculty and students.
