专家简介：马宁，新加坡国立大学港口仿真与优化研究中心博士后。 2012年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学，获管理学学士学位；2018年毕业于西安交通大学，获管理学博士学位。研究领域主要包括：企业生产管理、交通运输管理、新零售运营管理。研究关注优化与仿真技术在复杂离散系统的应用，研究方法涵盖列生成、动态规划和进化算法等。研究成果发表在《Computers & Operations Research》、《运筹与管理》和《工业工程与管理》等国内外高水平学术期刊。

专家简介：王电双，日本名古屋大学经济学系博士。研究领域为发展经济学，国际经济学以及应用微观经济学。主要关注发展中国家农村发展和农村劳动力转移，国际间要素流动以及贸易自由化的影响。研究成果发表于Annals of Regional Science，Economic Research，Agricultural Economics-Czech等国外高水平期刊。

专家简介：Received the Ph.D degree from Waseda University. Currently, he is an Adjunct Researcher at the Information, Production and Systems Research Center, Waseda University. His research interests include financial engineering, economic analysis, fuzzy set theory, management engineering, and meta-heuristic algorithms.
